Moonlight Bay was the first neighborhood founded when Tuneopolis sprang up in the middle of March, 2009. It was founded by Shakeit, the mayor, and co-founded by Serenity, the secretary. Just a week after the grand opening of Tuneopolis, the neighborhood was filled with all kinds of new faces and unique personalities just waiting to customize their homes!
